Biography:

Originally from Gastonia, NC, Drew has lived in the Grand Strand area for the past 19 years. He and his wife reside in Murrells Inlet with their daughters, Addilyn and Brynleigh. Aside from Real Estate, Drew also has a passion for ministry, fitness, and golf. When Drew is not spending time with his family or busy selling the Coast, you'll likely find him serving, running, swimming, biking, or on the golf course.

Highly recommend working with Drew! Buying a house while living out of state can be tricky and Drew was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Drew knows the area quite well and went above and beyond to help us with the purchase. He was always available to answer questions and resolve issues that might arise. Very helpful and flexible in helping us see the property when we were in town. A great experience. We love our house and appreciate all Drew's help!

Sold a single family home in 2022 in Myrtle Beach, SC.

 

My wife and I have dealt with a number of realtors over the years. Drew turned out to be, hands down, the best. The property we listed with him was a rental for the past 12 plus years. Drew made suggestions concerning what work was needed to get the house ready for sale. He contacted/coordinated with different vendors on our behalf to get all necessary work completed in a timely manner. He had the house, both inside and out, looking great and ready for listing in a month's time. His marketing skills, including MLS photos and property description, resulted in numerous offers. Drew diligently screened all offers and helped us decide which one to accept. His professional knowledge/skills made the whole process of selling our out-of-State property seamless and stress free. The sale has now recorded and we have money in the bank! We highly recommend his services to anyone having a property to sell.

*We decided to move from NJ to SC in September of 2017. We didn't know anyone in SC so I went to FB and Zillow to start looking for builders. One day, Drew's post popped up on my FB. I contacted him on messenger and within 5 min he had responded to my post. I told him of our plans of coming down to  Myrtle Beach to look around and see if we could see ourselves living here. He cleared a whole day for us and thats when our journey began. He was very knowledgeable of the area and guided us to find the perfect home. He also got us connected to a realtor in NJ that helped us sell our home. All throughout the process of selling our home and finally getting to MB, Drew kept in touch with us. When we arrived he texted us to welcome us to SC and set up an appointment to go out with him to look for houses in the different towns here in SC that we were interested in. We moved here without a home, only a rental, and now we have the best home ever. Drew is very connected to the area and knows so many people.
