Blackmoor, located in Murrells Inlet South Carolina, is a highly desired master planned community with many features and benefits.

Construction started in the late 90's and was developed around the Arnold Palmer signature golf course "Blackmoor Golf Club". 

Blackmoor is a non-gated community which helps to keep the HOA dues quite low. The dues cover your access to the wonderful amenity center as well. Blackmoor offers a pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, playground, and a more uncommon feature - an indoor clubhouse (this is a great feature for those who are looking to meet new friends and like the idea of a little more involvement). 

Blackmoor is conveniently located in a superb location in Murrells Inlet. Only about 5 miles to the closest beach access in Garden City Beach, about 15 minutes from the beautiful Huntington Beach State Park (beach) & Brookgreen gardens, about 5 miles from the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk (Seafood capital of South Carolina), 3-6 miles from 3 marinas (Wacca-Wache, Crazy Sister, & Marlin Quay), and 4 miles to the Waccamaw Hospital.

The community is also only a quick golf cart drive to the Prince Creek district, markets, restaurants, nail salons, shopping, medical offices, fitness places, and 2 golf courses (Blackmoor & TPC). The types of homes and condos in Blackmoor:

Condos: 

• Marcliffe offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor condos. There are no elevators, but the first floor units will offer you ground floor living with no worry of a single stair to climb. 
• Each unit of Marcliffe offers a large screened in porch and many units overlook the golf course or community ponds.
• There are on-site amenities, including a swimming pool and loads of parking. 
• You'll find either 2 or 3 bedroom plans in Marcliffe. 

Homes:

• The Blackmoor community has 6 phases of single family homes and varies in layout and sizes. From tract built to fully custom home designs.
• Having so many phases offers many more home plans than many of the other planned communities in the area. The smallest home plan in the Blackmoor community is around 1,600 heated square feet and the sizes go up from there. Although most of the homes are between the 1,800-2,200 range, there are also some much larger plans in the more custom neighborhoods of the community. You'll find plenty of homes coming up for sale at 3,000+ heated square feet if you like the idea of having that extra elbow room. 
• Many of the homes in the community offer private wooded lots; however, many also overlook the golf course or beautiful ponds throughout the community. 
• Homes in the community are built of either brick, stucco, or vinyl siding.
