Palm Bay of Prince Creek is a neighborhood located within the master planned community "The Bays". Understanding the structure of the Bay's can confuse those searching from out of the area due to the uniqueness of being a neighborhood (in this case, Palm Bay), within a planned community (The Bay's), which is part of a greater community/district (Prince Creek).
