Waverly Bay of Prince Creek is a custom home community within the Bays of Prince Creek. Waverly Bay started development around 2006; however, the homes throughout the neighborhood range in the time of construction. Lot sales started in the earlier 2000's but there are brand new construction homes still being built within Waverly Bay today. Because this community is a full custom home community; styles, sizes, and years do vary. The covenants for Waverly Bay state that there is a minimum requirement of 1,800 heated square feet to be considered that must be met in the architectural approval process.
