This site has every home, condo, or vacant lot listed east of highway 17, which doesn't require you to cross any major highways to get the ocean.
*Please note - Some of the properties listed below may be located within an HOA community that doesn't allow owners to have golf carts. The reference "golf cart to the beach" is commonly used as criteria to determine if a property is located on the east side of the highway. It is possible to take a golf cart to the beach from the west side of 17, however, it may be determined as unsafe to do so. Crossing a major highway in a golf cart can be risky with all the influx of summer traffic.
