Sea Master is conveniently located just south of the Garden City Beach pier; providing easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.

2. Amenities, HOA inclusions, & Restrictions

Seamaster offers residents and guest use of the oceanfront swimming pool and public beachfront. Seamaster also has an elevator and laundry room for residents/guest.

At the time of this video, the HOA includes: Common area electric, water & sewer, trash, elevator service, pool service, landscape/lawn, exterior insurance, basic cable & internet, and common area maintenance.

The HOA does have rules & restrictions. Here's a list of some of those restrictions at the time of this video.

• No golf carts allowed
• No outdoor grills
• No fireworks
• No smoking in hallways, elevator, or pool

Now for what is permitted:

• Owner’s are allowed pets (some exclusions apply)
• Motorcycles are allowed
• Short term rentals allowed
  

3. What sets Sea Master apart?
