Woodland Park is a small single family community located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. The community is made up of only 38 total homesites and rather low HOA dues comparable to other communities in the area.

Woodland Park is conveniently located close to the Saint James schools, shopping, restaurants, and the South Strand beaches. That's right! The beach is only about 4 miles away. 

There are various sized homes and floor plans within the community. However, the heated square footages max out in the 1,600 range. Home plans range from around 1,200-1,600 of living square footage

That said, there are some positives that come along with these cozy floor plans. This is a community that offers more spacing between the homes than many of the other planned communities in our area. Over double the spacing between the homes than these other communities!
