The Farm at Timberlake is a community located in the Surfside Beach "Area" along the South Strand area. As Drew mentions in the video above, the technical address is Myrtle Beach.

But the city itself can oftentimes fool us into thinking the property must be itself located in the Myrtle Beach proper area. 

Actually this community is located many miles away from Myrtle Beach proper and several miles further south than parts of Surfside Beach. For reference, The Farm at Timberlake is located only steps away from the Murrells Inlet town line and only 4 miles from the Surfside Beach pier. 

Not only is this community situated conveniently to the Beach & Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, it's also an ideal location for those who like shopping and restaurants close by. 

There is also a storage facility just right outside the front entrance of the community. This is great news for you RV & Boat lovers. Afterall, like most others, The Farm at Timberlake is a community within an HOA and residents do have to follow the restrictions found in the covenants (be sure to send me an email if you would like me to send you a copy of those documents). But yes, how incredibly convenient is it to have your RV or boat parked right outside of your community?

The Farm @ Timberlake ranges in home plans from 1,700-3,800 heated square feet. Not only do the plans vary, but there are also 1, 2, and 3 bay garage options. 

At the time of the video above there were roughly 470 home sites within the community. There could be more in the future if any land is further acquired. Also, at the time of the video the average 6 month sales average was $428,000 or rough $170 per heated square foot. 

The Farm @ Timberlake offers residents wonderful amenities and activities. Some of the highlights are noted below:
